Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of spectreworks.ai and any services purchased from Spectreworks AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
Services
Spectreworks AI provides AI workflow automation, implementation, and advisory services to businesses. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in writing before work begins — either through a proposal, statement of work, or email confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any engagement that we determine is outside our scope of expertise or conflicts with our values.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.
- Starter Kit and Implementation — one-time payment. Work begins within one business day of payment confirmation.
- Retained Advisory — monthly subscription billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your billing portal or by emailing [email protected].
All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Refunds
- Starter Kit — eligible for a full refund if work has not yet begun. Once your scoping session has been held, no refund is available.
- Implementation — if you cancel before the kickoff call, you are eligible for a full refund. After kickoff, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Retained Advisory — no refunds for months already billed. Cancellation stops future charges after the notice period.

Deliverables and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of payment in full, you own all custom deliverables created specifically for your engagement — including workflow configurations, code, and automation scripts.
Spectreworks AI retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and intellectual property used to develop your deliverables. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our underlying systems or know-how.
Security advisories and other content published on spectreworks.ai remain the property of Spectreworks AI. You may share them with attribution but may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all information about your business, systems, and infrastructure as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to any third party without your explicit permission, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver your services (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use any deliverables, systems, or advice from Spectreworks AI for illegal purposes, to harm others, or in ways that violate applicable laws. You are responsible for the security and compliance of your own infrastructure.
No Warranty
Our services are provided "as is." AI and automation systems involve inherent uncertainty. We apply rigorous testing and security controls, but we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, uptime of third-party services, or the absence of bugs in complex systems. We will work with you to resolve any issues that arise from our work.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectreworks AI's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
